• Google Cloud Platform billing and resource tracking
• Domain portfolio management and renewal tracking
• Real-time usage analytics and reporting
• Multi-tenant organization management
• Support services and documentation

As a Google Workspace Premier Partner and Google Cloud Certified Partner, we facilitate the provisioning, management, and support of Google services for our customers.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
• Maintain accurate and current account information

Organizations using our Service must ensure that all users comply with these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information when necessary
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

• Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
• Use our trademarks without written permission

Google Workspace and Google Cloud are trademarks of Google LLC.

7. Payment and Billing

Access to our Service is currently provided at no charge. However, certain premium features or services may require payment in the future. If we introduce paid services:

• We will provide clear pricing information and terms
• Payment will be due according to the specified billing cycle
• You authorize us to charge your designated payment method
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice

For Google services managed through our platform, billing is handled directly by Google according to their terms and pricing.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using our Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms of Service
• We are required to do so by law
• Your use poses a security risk or liability
• We discontinue the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee continuous availability or freedom from technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extreme Solution LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through our Service

This indemnification includes reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs.
